All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to a site survey and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. VAT is included in all quoted prices unless otherwise specified.
3. Booking and Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be specified in your quotation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled work.
4. Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All microcement installations come with our lifetime guarantee, subject to proper care and maintenance as advised by our team.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the project
- Ensuring clear access to the work area
- Removing furniture and personal items from the work area
- Following our aftercare instructions
